Enviro Blocks Delivery and Shipping Policy

At Enviro Blocks, we offer a range of delivery options ensuring our customers can receive their products in the most convenient way possible. Primarily, we use courier services to pick up products directly from our warehouse and deliver them straight to your doorstep.

Free Local Delivery Eligibility

If you are based in Perth or its surrounding areas, you may qualify for free delivery. This will be determined upon entering your address at checkout. Additionally, you may have the option for local pickup, with most orders being ready for collection within 24 hours.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated using our delivery cost estimator or at checkout after entering your address. Customers in Perth and surrounding areas will have the option of free delivery (if applicable) or local pickup.

Delivery Restrictions & Surcharges

In some cases, delivery may not be available or may incur a surcharge for the following regions:

  • Norfolk Island

  • Christmas Island

  • Cocos Island

  • Australian Antarctic Territory

Non-refundable Shipping Fees

Please note that once items have been dispatched from our warehouse, any shipping fees paid to Enviro Blocks are non-refundable.

Delivery Timeframes

As many of our products are classified as large or bulky items, delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis, reflecting the weight, size, and delivery address. Below are the estimated delivery timeframes for orders dispatched from Western Australia (WA):

  • Metro Areas in the Eastern States: 7–12 business days

  • Regional Areas: 10–15 business days

We process and dispatch orders daily across Australia from WA.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not account for unforeseen circumstances or delays caused by courier services.

Order Communication and Tracking

After completing your order, you will receive the following notifications via email:

  1. Confirmation that your order has been received.

  2. Notification of dispatch of your order.

  3. An email from the courier service with tracking details.

If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam or junk email folder.

At Enviro Blocks, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days from the order date, we will follow up with the courier on your behalf to locate your shipment. However, if you need assistance tracking your order before this period, you may directly contact the courier using the contact details and tracking information provided.

Important Limitations on Delivery
  • We are unable to deliver large or bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect addresses, or Parcel Lockers.

  • Our website allows orders from regional areas, but please be aware that fulfillment in certain remote locations might not always be possible.

If we are unable to deliver your order due to location constraints, we will issue a full refund promptly. If you’re unsure of delivery availability in your area, feel free to contact us via email before placing an order.

We are unable to deliver large or bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect addresses, or Parcel Lockers.

Arrange Your Own Courier

If you prefer to arrange your own courier, you can do so by selecting “Arrange My Own Delivery” in the coupon section during checkout. This will waive the shipping fee. We will then provide you with the collection details, including the warehouse location.

For this option:

  • Use the postcode 6090 and specify Malaga, Western Australia as your collection point.
