We dispatch orders daily, Australia-wide. Orders placed before 12pm AWST on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order with your order number and summary.
Once your order is packed and handed to our courier, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Our courier will send you a separate email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Your Easy Edge packs will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. No signature is required for most deliveries.
Orders dispatched daily — we don't hold orders. If you need a specific delivery date or have special instructions, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery times are estimates based on typical courier transit times. All times are in business days from the date of dispatch, not from when you placed your order.

Peak periods: During busy periods like Christmas, Easter and long weekends, deliveries may take longer than the estimates above. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before any project deadline during these periods.
Once your order is dispatched, our courier will send you a tracking email directly. You can also track your delivery at any time using our order tracking portal.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect addresses, or Parcel Lockers. Easy Edge packs are large, bulky items that require delivery to a physical street address.
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days from your order date, we will follow up with the courier on your behalf. If you need help tracking before then, use the tracking link in your courier email or contact us directly.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout using our delivery cost estimator after you enter your address. Easy Edge is classified as a large or bulky item, so freight costs are based on the weight, size, and delivery address of your order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once items have been dispatched from our warehouse, regardless of the reason for return.
Prefer to use your own courier? Enter "Arrange My Own Delivery" in the coupon section at checkout to waive the shipping fee. We'll then provide you with our warehouse collection details. Use postcode 6090 and specify Malaga, Western Australia as your collection point.
If you're unsure about delivery costs to your area before ordering, contact us and we'll give you an estimate.
We take care to pack all orders securely, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. Here's what to do:
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
If something is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and send the missing items at no extra cost.
If your delivery hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it up with the courier.
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We'll arrange a return or exchange where the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product fault or an error on our part, in which case we'll cover the return shipping.
