Delivery Policy

Enviro Blocks offers a variety of courier services for our valued customers. Your order will be shipped through the courier of your choice during checkout.

Costs

Delivery to the following areas is not available or will be subject to a surcharge: Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please get in touch with us for further shipping details.
Any shipping fees paid to Enviro Blocks are non-refundable once items have been dispatched.

Delivery Times

In general, our are deeemed large / bulky and delivery charges are calculated based on a per-order basis according to the weight and size along with the delivery address.
As a general guideline, deliveries of bulky items to metro areas to the Eastern States of Australia take 7-12 business days; deliveries of bulky items to regional areas take 10-15 business days.

Please note these are estimated timeframes and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances that may affect your parcel’s delivery. You will be emailed tracking information for your order.

At Enviro Blocks, we strive to provide reliable and timely delivery for all our customers. If an order has not arrived within 15 working days from the order date, we will follow up with the courtier directly to track your items. If you need clarification from the courier before the 15-days has lapsed, you are free to contact the courier directly for delivery information using the courier’s contact details along with tracking information we provide to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver large/bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.

Regional & Remote Areas

Although our website will accept orders from regional areas, there are instances where we may not be able to fulfill these orders. We make every effort to heavily subsidise deliveries and supply many regional areas, but there are times when it may not be possible. If this situation arises and you have already placed an order, rest assured that we will promptly refund the full amount to your method of payment. If you would like to inquire about the availability of our services in your area before making a purchase, please feel free to contact us via email.

Arrange Your Own Courier

You have the freedom to choose your own courier and handle the pick-up and delivery process yourself. If this is your preferred approach, simply enter “arrange my own delivery” in the coupon section. By doing so, the shipping fee will be waived from your cart. Rest assured, we will notify you of the pickup location and provide you with the necessary information for your chosen courier. Please use the postcode 6069 and specify The Vines as your collection suburb.

Looks great and can run the mower wheels on the garden edge and rarely needs the edge done with the wipper snipper. I have used the wipper snipper ( line trimmer) and it doesn't leave a mark on the Enviro edging. Easy to instal.

I’ve recently purchased the enviro edging. Being recently divorced and starting over. I had to find something that would be relatively easy for me to do myself. It was so easy to install the only issue I had was with the dowel pieces, I found them to be too long and broke them in half to make it easier for me to connect the edging pieces together. I’m really happy with the end result. It looks fabulous 😊

I think it's a good product but I haven't had a chance to install them yet. If all goes well I may be ordering more. Only concern I have is the delivery time, it seemed to take a bit to long.

These garden borders are brilliant.
Such a simple concept, but with multiple applications. Quite flexible when installing, but tough. The borders can be faced either way, using the enclosed plastic pins, to fasten them firmly to the ground. Relocation, (if required) is simple; the pins can be withdrawn without difficulty.

This is my third purchase of the borders, over an extended period, & I strongly recommend them.

I normally refuse to post Product Reviews. These Garden Borders however, are such an excellent product, that I endorse them without any reservation.
