All our shipments over $50 offer a tracked service and on dispatch you will receive a tracking number. If you don’t receive a tracking notification then contact us via our contact form and we will help to resolve your tracking problem.

If you still were unable to find confirmation and you registered an account please sign in to your account and see if there is an order there. If you still cannot see a confirmation of an order simply fill out our online form and we will be happy to assist you to see if we received and processed your order.

Before you send back any items, please get in touch with us so we can provide you with a return label. Note that customers are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.
