Returns policy

We endeavour to provide quality products at everyday low prices. Here's everything you need to know if you need to return a purchase.

30-day returns Australian Consumer Law guaranteed RA number required
Change of mind
Store credit or refund within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Return freight is your responsibility.
Faulty items
Repair, replacement, credit or refund under Australian Consumer Law. We collect faulty goods at no cost to you.
Damaged in transit
Report with photos within 48 hours of receipt. Email your invoice number and photos to [email protected].

Return authorisation

To return a product for any reason, you must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods can only be accepted with an Enviro Blocks RA number enclosed with your items.

Goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Always contact us before sending anything back.

Change of mind returns

If you've incorrectly ordered or changed your mind, we're happy to offer a store credit or refund for unused and unopened items. The original shipping fee you paid is non-refundable.

Conditions

Returned within 30 days of invoice or 7 days of delivery

Whichever comes first. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.

Items must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged

We cannot accept items that have been opened, partially used or repackaged.

RA number enclosed with your return

Contact us first to obtain your RA number before sending anything back.

Original shipping fee is non-refundable

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Return freight

You are responsible for covering freight charges and insurance for the return. However, we can arrange a courier pickup on your behalf — the cost of the return will simply be deducted from your eligible refund amount.

Important: Always include a tracking number with your return. We will not issue a store credit or refund for items we have not received. Goods shipped "receiver to pay" will be rejected and the courier will be responsible for disposal of the items.

Faulty items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item within warranty is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, credit or refund at the discretion of Enviro Blocks.

What we'll do

Contact us with evidence

Photos, samples and any evidence showing the issue will be requested. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can help.

We arrange collection at no cost

Faulty items need to be returned to our warehouse. We will arrange to collect the goods — there is no cost to you for the return freight.

We evaluate and advise

Once we've received the goods we'll evaluate them and contact you with the outcome — typically within 2–3 business days.

Resolution

Depending on the nature of the fault, we may replace the broken part, replace the whole item, or offer a store credit or refund. We evaluate each case on its merits.

Faults we cannot cover

We reserve the right to decline a repair, replacement, credit or refund claim where any product fault is caused by:

Misuse, neglect, abnormal use or abuse

Including installation outside of recommended guidelines.

Normal wear and tear

Expected degradation from regular use over time.

Improper assembly or modification

Damage caused by incorrect installation or modifications to the product.

Damage to packaging only

External or product packaging damage does not constitute a product fault.

Damage during your own handling or transport

Damage incurred after delivery during your own transportation or storage of goods.

The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods as stated on your invoice — the amount you paid us for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.

Items damaged in transit

Be sure to check your delivery upon receipt. All items damaged in transit must be reported to Enviro Blocks within 48 hours from the date of receipt.

Take photos before unpacking further

Photograph the damaged packaging and the products clearly — this is required to process your claim.

Email us within 48 hours

Send your photos and invoice number to [email protected]. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.

We'll sort it out

We'll lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly.

48-hour window is firm. Transit damage claims made after 48 hours of receipt may not be accepted. Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives.
